I have come to realize that leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s shaped by factors like culture and politics. The seminar broadened my perspective, introducing me to new ideas that I can apply both personally and professionally.

I liked two things in these sessions, the first one was that it was an e-learning training, the flexibility of a self-path training based on our availability, where we can coordinate between working from home and our life chaos. 

What I found most valuable were the discussions after each module. The interactions were engaging, allowing us to express our opinions and listen to different perspectives. This experience greatly expanded my knowledge by exposing me to diverse ways of thinking, analyzing, and understanding each topic, shaped by everyone’s unique background, experience, character, and vision.

Costi Bifani –  Trainer and Coach

With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources , Costi has occupied positions as varied as General Manager, Senior Vice President , Advisor to Boards of Directors, and Consultant in various fields and locations, for local or multinational groups. Costi is the holder of an MBA degree from INSEAD. He is also a certified trainer and an ISO lead auditor.
