Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Sales Transformation Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for identifying reasons behind sales performance issues, analyzing challenges, and providing solutions to improve sales effectiveness. Daily tasks may include conducting digital transformation assessments, utilizing analytical skills to identify areas for improvement, and communicating effectively with clients to implement business transformation strategies.

Partner consultants at WIN Sales have no fixed salary. This role is for people who find the possibility of unlimited variable income challenging and attractive.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new markets
Deep understanding of your assigned territory and its business landscape
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
